CZEDSP10-I Model Fully Automatic Production Line for Electronic Detonators
This digital, high-efficiency, large-capacity system enables full-process automated assembly and packaging for electronic detonators. Key functions include lead wire processing, product assembly, bagging, boxing, product information management, automatic quality inspection, image data processing/storage, fault self-diagnosis, scheduled maintenance alerts, remote monitoring, and production efficiency analysis.
The line supports production of leg wire with length of 2m - 25m, accommodates chips from various manufacturers/specifications, and operates with stable, reliable equipment. With annual capacity exceeding 12.5 million detonators, it achieves end-to-end automated and intelligent production from leg wire manufacturing to finished product warehousing.
