On June 14, 2024, the Sichuan Provincial Office of National Defense Science, Technology and Industry organized a scientific achievement appraisal meeting at Sichuan Yibin Weili Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Weili Company"). The appraisal committee, comprising seven experts and chaired by Researcher-Level Senior Engineer Cao Minzhong from China Ordnance Industry 213 Institute, conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the "CZZYT-I Fully Automatic Electronic Module Dipping Head Technology & Equipment" R&D project jointly developed by Shenzhen Chuangzhe Automation Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chuangzhe Company") and Weili Company. The assessment focused on the project's innovation, practicality, and market prospects.
During the meeting, experts reviewed the project development report and technical summary, inspected the site, audited documentation, and conducted spot tests on production line efficiency and product performance. Following questioning and discussion, the committee unanimously approved the project.
The jointly developed CZZYT-I system achieves automated, intelligent production of electronic ignition element dipping heads. The production line consists of four modules: automatic feeding, dipping/drying, painting/drying, and automatic tubing/discharging. It continuously and automatically completes processes including chip cutting, continuity testing, multi-stage dipping and drying, painting and drying, chip tubing (heat-shrink/silicone tubing), visual inspection, performance testing, and automatic rejection and replenishment of non-conforming products. The system features fault self-diagnosis, component replacement alerts, maintenance reminders, and production efficiency analytics.
Leveraging industrial vision and OCR recognition technologies, the system enables full-process quality inspection, traceability, and safety control. It accommodates electronic control modules from various manufacturers and specifications, with hazardous operations isolated from personnel. The production capacity exceeds 10,000 units per hour, achieving fully unmanned, intelligent production from feeding to final product discharging.
The appraisal committee concluded that the overall technology of the "CZZYT-I Fully Automatic Electronic Module Dipping Head Technology & Equipment" project has reached the level of worldwide leadership.
This successful appraisal advances the implementation of the "14th Five-Year Plan" safety development guidelines, promoting safer, more efficient, and intelligent production of electronic ignition element dipping heads. Moving forward, Chuangzhe Company will continue to increase R&D investment, drive innovation, and deliver high-quality products, contributing greater wisdom and strength to the high-quality development of the civil explosive industry.
