Explosion-Proof (Pneumatic) Cable Tie Machine
A cable tie machine, also known as a wire binding machine or bundle tying machine, is designed to secure wound wire harnesses using cable ties. It supports single-tie or double-tie operations and is commonly used alongside wire winding machines in the harness manufacturing industry.

Conventional cable tie machines typically employ servo motors. However, in hazardous environments with combustible dust, flammable gases, or other explosive risks, explosion-proof motors are mandatory. Traditional explosion-proof servo motors, though effective, come with significant drawbacks: their cost exceeds ten times that of standard motors, and their larger size makes them a suboptimal choice for many applications.

It comprises a small pneumatic cylinder for securing cable ties, a pneumatic rotary motor mechanism for feeding cable ties, a front-rear sliding plate platform for the cable tie machine, a cutting and guiding bending mechanism for cable ties, and a pneumatic rotary motor mechanism for bundling and wrapping cable ties.
Working principle02
Manually thread the cable tie and initiate the feeding process.
After the wire harness is wound, collect and secure within a slot.
The cable tie machine moves to the winding position, where the cutting blade severs the cable tie and performs bending.
Rotate the winding blade to wrap the cable tie around the bundle.
The cable tie machine retracts to complete the tying action.
