Certain products require multi-layer packaging with distinct barcodes assigned at each level. The product itself is first labeled with a barcode; multiple products are then packed into small boxes/bags, each of which receives an external barcode. Subsequently, multiple such boxes/bags are loaded into a larger carton, which is labeled with another external barcode.

These barcodes are interlinked and must remain unambiguous. Scanning the carton's barcode should reveal the barcodes of the inner bags and the individual products; similarly, scanning a bag's barcode should identify all associated product barcodes. This hierarchical barcode correspondence poses new challenges for automated production lines. Any malfunction in the line or omissions of individual products/packages could disrupt the barcode mapping, leading to packaging data chaos.

Chuangzhe Company has developed an automated production line data stream processing program to address this. Through the reading and verification of product/packaging information, emergency handling of non-conforming items, and identification of the QR code of mobile fixture, the system achieves seamless data association and traceability between product information and multi-layer packaging data.
