Shenzhen Chuangzhe boasts profound technical expertise in R&D, design, production, and integration fields of automation equipment, leading the industry in intelligent automation of civil explosives production equipment. Huhua Group, a domestic civil explosives leader, has extensive practical experience in intelligent blasting. Currently, tunnel excavation operations in China have automated and intelligentized positioning, drilling, support, and shotcreting, but blasting charging remains manual. In 2024, Huhua collaborated with multiple universities and research institutes to develop the 1st-generation tunnel excavation blasting intelligent charging robot, resolving the final "one-kilometer" challenge for China's intelligent tunnel construction.
The joint venture will leverage Chuangzhe's R&D capabilities in robust automation to develop the 2nd-generation intelligent charging robot based on the 1st-gen model. Key upgrades include miniaturization, compactization, portability, and practicalization to enable mass production and engineering deployment. This collaboration marks a strategic move in intelligent blasting, injecting new momentum into China's tunnel engineering industry development.
