From June 10 to 11, the Department of Work Safety under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology hosted the scientific and technological achievement appraisal meeting for the "CZED-1 Electronic Detonator Process Technology & Intelligent Production Line" jointly developed by Guangdong Hongda Shaohua Industrial Explosives Co., Ltd., Qianjin Industrial Explosives Co., Ltd., and Dongguan Chuangzhe Automation Technology Co., Ltd. The event took place at Guangdong Hongda Shaohua Industrial Explosives Co., Ltd. in Shaoguan City, Guangdong Province.

The appraisal committee, comprising 11 experts from the civil explosives industry committees under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, carefully reviewed the project development summary report. Attendees included Xiao Yuehua, researcher from the Department of Work Safety; Wang Yusheng, Director of Henan Provincial Civil Explosives Bureau; Wang Xinyu, First-Level Inspector of Guangdong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology; Sheng Mingjie, Director of the Civil Explosives Division; Lin Jianqing, Deputy Director; and relevant leaders from three companies, totaling over 40 participants.

After reviewing the project summary report, inspecting the production site, and examining relevant documentations, the committee concluded that the overall technology of the research achievements has reached an "internationally advanced level."

The "CZED-1 Electronic Detonator Process Technology & Intelligent Production Line" provides a complete automated technology solution for the civil explosives industry. With strong support from industry authorities and over two years of dedicated efforts by Hongda and partner organizations, the project delivers a perfect solution for the sector. It holds significant importance for Hongda Blasting's "Rebuilding Shaohua" strategy. Furthermore, leveraging the implementation of the CZED-1 intelligent production line, Hongda Blasting will establish a comprehensive technical system for industrial electronic detonator production and application, contributing to the steady and long-term high-quality development of the civil explosive industry.
