Winding, Bundling, and Precise Handle-Transferring Technology
Winding (or handle-forming) technology refers to automatically winding a spool of wire or cable into a specific handle shape, such as the straight line ("-" ) or the number "8" , through unwinding and wire-feeding processes. During this operation, the length is automatically measured. After that, the wire is automatically cut to the length required.
Bundling (or wire-tying or handle-tying) technology securely ties the wound wire handle with one or two strands of tying wire (or thread) to prevent it from coming loose.
Handle-transferring technology refers to the precise and error-free transfer of the processed wire handle to a designated position on a precision fixture (or jig) in the subsequent process using a matching automatic manipulator.

Although winding machines, tying machines and other similar equipment currently available on the market are quite mature as standalone units or integrated machines, they mostly operate independently and struggle to achieve automatic connection with subsequent wire harness processing steps. Typically, manual intervention is required to collect and transfer the wire handles.

    Automatic Stripping and Spacing Technology for Multi-Strand Wires
    Wire harness stripping, also known as insulation removal, is necessary in wire harness processing. It involves stripping off a segment of the inner/outer insulating plastic layer or plastic sheath from the wire (cable) to expose the bare metal strands for connection with terminals.

    Currently, most automatic wire stripping machines on the market, especially those designed for stripping insulation from coaxial multi-strand wires, require manual separation of the multi-strand wires and placing into dedicated fixtures before the machine can automatically strip the insulation. The inability to automatically separate two (or more) strands by the machine at a specified spacing has become a technical challenge in the wire harness processing industry, hindering the advancement of automation and unmanned production levels.

    After repeated trials, Chuangzhe has successfully invented an automatic stripping machine with multi-strand wire spacing function, breaking through the technical bottleneck in the wire harness industry. This technology can stably and reliably strip the outer insulation layer of multi-strand wires with neat cutting, while simultaneously spacing two solid metal wires at a specified distance, facilitating the crimping or injection molding of the two metal wires with terminals.

    Working principle02
    The stripping blade cuts through the insulation layer and pulls it out. After the upper and lower pressure blocks at the blade position are closed, they gently press against the cable to align the two wires side by side. The equipped separating ejector pin automatically divides the two conductors into a specified spacing, facilitating subsequent terminal processing. This device is suitable for stripping, separating, and shaping round or flat sheathed wires.
