Automatic Assembly and Production Line for Communication Ribbon Cables

The production line is a complete set of equipment that automatically completes processing and assembly of communication ribbon cables. It can continuously and automatically complete processes of wire laying, cutting, welding, injection molding, testing, and automatic removal of non-conforming products without manual intervention. Auxiliary operators need only to add and collect materials, and patrol inspect the complete set of equipment. The production line is compatible for wire lengths ranging from 0.5m to 1.5m, with a production capacity of 800-1000 pieces per hour.
