Automatic Powder Dipping Production Line For Electronic Ignition Elements
The production line automatically completes processes including multi-chip cutting, testing, appearance inspection, placing into plate and carrier, first powder dipping and baking, second powder dipping and baking, visual inspection of gunpowder, dipping in moisture-proof paint, dipping in paint & baking, CCD visual inspection (paint dipping detection), heat shrink tubing, CCD visual inspection (sleeve detection), ignition element placing into plate and carrier, carrier loading into the turnover cart, and automatic removal of non-conforming products, and has achieved continuous and automated production of electronic ignition elements.

The production line is suitable for chips with different specifications, with an hourly production capacity of ≥ 10000 rounds. Smart functions such as automatic fault detection and prompting, automatic material tracking detection and prompting, pre-startup prompting for inspection items, and timed prompting for vulnerable parts that need to be replaced upon expiration, are available. The major workstations have achieved human-machine isolation and have fundamentally improved production safety.

This project has applied for a total of 13 patents, including 3 invention patents and 10 utility model patents.

    Continuous, Automated, and Intelligent Production
    The production line continuously and automatically completes the manufacturing processes of electronic ignition components. Only 2 persons are required for peripheral tasks such as material loading and patrol inspection. This not only reduces labor costs but also provides a comprehensive solution for the dipping process of electronic detonator ignition components.
    High Production Efficiency
    The production line equipment can process multiple electronic ignition components simultaneously, achieving a capacity of 10,000 rounds/hour and an annual capacity of ≥37.5 million rounds. Compared with other production methods, this line demonstrates significant advantages in efficiency.
    Fixed-Volume and Fixed-Quantity Production
    During production, the processing quantity, dipping charge amount, and paint volume for electronic ignition components are precisely set. This ensures uniform dipping charge and paint volume for each batch of ignition components, fundamentally guaranteeing product stability and consistency.
    Digital Product Quality Traceability Management
    QR codes are installed on production fixtures. The control system automatically collects production data, inspection data, and images at each station during the process. After digital processing, the data is stored systematically, enabling digital product quality traceability management.
    Comprehensive Quality Control System
    The production line incorporates four inspection stages. In case of abnormalities, the station robotic arms automatically remove defective products and replace entire batches of chip modules. Multiple inspections ensure high product pass rate, enhancing product quality and safety.
    Stable and Reliable Operation of Production Line
    High-strength 60/80 square steel welded frame, 20mm+ thick steel plate bases, and framework structures are used in this production line. Coupling with international first-tier brand standard components and general-purpose parts,and strict control over assembly precision, equipment stability and reliability is ensured.
    Enhanced Safety
    Hazardous processes such as dipping, painting, baking, inspection, and silicone tube sleeving are fully isolated from personnel. Manual tasks are limited to material loading, patrol inspection, and troubleshooting, ensuring operator safety while improving the intrinsic safety of dipping operations of electronic ignition components.
    High Information Technology and Intelligence Level
    The line incorporates advanced technologies including CCD vision AI inspection, fault self-diagnosis, equipment maintenance alerts, PLC control systems, and remote equipment management. These features elevate the overall IT and intelligence level, facilitating the construction of unmanned smart workshops and digital factories while enhancing enterprise information management capabilities.
    Supporting Multiple Dipping and Baking Cycles
    The integrated rotary design between dipping and baking equipment enables unlimited dipping-drying cycles, resolving uncertainties in dipping frequency requirements and reducing length and floor space of the production line.
    Compliance with FIFO and mass production requirements
    The baking equipment features a "vertical garage" structure with rational, compact layout to minimize space usage. The separate design of drying ovens and frames allows easy disassembly/assembly for transport and maintenance. Large-capacity drying ovens further improve production efficiency, aligning with advanced production management principles.
