Junction Box for Electronic Detonators

The split-type junction box is a newly developed quick-connection junction box for electronic detonator wires by Shenzhen Chuangzhe Automation Technology Co., Ltd. Its upper and lower covers are produced separately, and after assembly, they can be opened and closed via a rotating shaft, with an opening angle range of 0° to 180°.

The junction box is available in two versions: waterproof and standard. It has been granted the design patent CN 201830676316.1 and utility model patents 201821980213.5 and 2020219904935.

The split-type junction box supports Chuangzhe's intelligent electronic detonator assembly lines and fully automatic production lines. In split mode, the lower cover connects to wires first, undergoes inspection and three-code binding, and finally snaps the upper cover. In combined mode, it fits semi-automatic lines or manual wire-placement semi-automatic lines across the market.
