Model CZEDP-Ⅰ
Automatic Packaging Line for Electronic Detonators
The production line integrates with front-end assembly lines for automatic bagging (5/10 detonators per bag), boxing, and barcode generation/labeling. Functions such as online inspection, data acquisition and analysis are furnished, and safety interlock and self-diagnosis functions are also available. The whole production process is continuous and automated, able for retrieving finished detonators from front lines, folding lead wires, inserting into plastic bags, heat-sealing, labeling bags, robotic transfer to cartons, labeling cartons, and taping and strapping. The whole process achieves goal of unmanned packaging and intelligent, minimal-human automatic production.

Line Bundle End Alignment and Folding
The production line incorporates an automatic wire folding device for electronic detonators. By aligning and folding both ends of the wire bundle, ensuring the bend aligns flush with the bundle and the folded segment remains straight, this design optimizes packaging bag space utilization for easier transport while eliminating risks of exposed base detonators.
    Coding Binding and Matching Technology
To address production line coding challenges, we employ integrated software-hardware solutions for accuracy. In terms of softwar, a management system interfaces with PLC for data exchange; In terms of hardware, digital image recognition binds codes to enable automated matching and printing, ensuring error-free coding.
    Instantaneous Heat Sealing
Electronic detonators pose explosion hazards due to thermal sensitivity, requiring strict avoidance of high-temperature risks during production. The line adopts reliable safety measures using instantaneous heat sealing technology, preventing detonator bodies or wiring from being clamped by sealing components and eliminating explosion risks.
    Vacuum Packaging
Vacuum packaging technology is employed in the production line to effectively protect electronic detonators from friction during transport and storage, save space, and isolate air and moisture, ensuring product quality and long-term storage safety.
    Comprehensive Quality Inspection Procedures
Multiple quality checks include foreign object detection at fold and seal points, weight verification after bagging, and post-boxing weight checks. These processes leverage online measurement, SCADA data acquisition, and real-time databases to implement multi-dimensional quality control across packaging stages, enhancing electronic detonator safety and quality.
