Fully Automatic Production Line for Electronic Detonators
Model CZEDSP10-Ⅰ Electronic Detonator Fully Automatic Production Line comprises four core modules, namely, wire processing, detonator assembly, finished product packaging, and palletizing-warehousing. It can process 10 electronic detonators at a time, with a production capacity of ≥ 3500 rounds/hour.
The wire processing module continuously and automatically completes tasks such as wire pay-off, winding, bundling, wire straightening, outer skin stripping, wire twisting, rubber plug injection molding, injection molding inspection, lower cover pressing, and inner skin stripping .
The detonator assembly module continuously and automatically completes tasks such as riveting, welding, welding inspection, opening chucking, three-code binding, silicon grease injection, opening chucking mark inspection, shell coding, upper cover pressing & QR code printing, and visual appearance inspection.
The finished product packaging module automatically completes processes including product retrieval, wire folding, sealing, carton opening, carton labeling, robotic boxing, label backup, instruction manual placement, and carton sealing and packing.
The palletizing-warehousing module continuously and automatically completes the sequence of palletizing and transport and warehousing of finished detonator cartons.
The four modules are interconnected via double-speed chains, roller conveyors, and belt conveyors, enabling end-to-end continuous, intelligent, and unmanned production from lead wire processing to finished product warehousing.

    Full-Process Automated Production
    The production line achieves full-process automation from lead wire processing to finished product warehousing, significantly reducing manual operations. Only a small number of auxiliary personnel are required for material loading, inspection, transportation, and troubleshooting, greatly reducing labor intensity.
    High Informatization and Intelligence Level
    The production line features intelligent functions including online defect detection and rejection, real-time tracking of lead wire consumption by pay-off machines, real-time monitoring of equipment operation status, automatic transmission of production data (product specifications, output, qualification rates) to management, finished product quality tracing, self-diagnosis of faults, maintenance alerts, and replacement reminders for wearing parts. This enables digital and intelligent manufacturing of electronic detonators. The production line can directly integrate with MES systems to support efficient production planning execution, resource optimization, and solid technical foundation for digital factory construction.
    Mature and Stable Technology
    The CZED-Ⅰ Intelligent Electronic Detonator Assembly Line and CZEDP-Ⅰ Automatic Packaging Line developed by Chuangzhe passed scientific and technological achievements appraisal in 2019 and 2022 respectively. Developed based on these proven lines, this project inherits extensive application experience and technical accumulation, ensuring high technical maturity and stable equipment operation of the whole production line.
    Flexible Design and Modular Production Line
    The production line flexibly switches between producing 10-charge or 5-charge detonators, adapts to varying lead wire lengths (up to 25m), exceeding industry limits. Its modular design allows flexible equipment configuration, splitting/combining into multiple independent or integrated lines, demonstrating high modularity and scalability while facilitating maintenance.
    Stable and Reliable Equipment Operation
    ① Rational design schemes such as "one-mold-through" and "asynchronous transfer" enhance operational stability; ② Standard components and universal parts are sourced from top international brands, with robust 60/80# square tube welded frames and ≥20mm thick steel plate structures ensuring smooth and durable operation; ③ Strict control of assembly precision during installation guarantees equipment stability and reliability.
    Vacuum Packaging of Electronic Detonators
    Vacuum packaging technology is employed in this production line to effectively protect electronic detonators from friction during transportation and storage, optimize space utilization, and block air and moisture exposure, ensuring product quality and long-term storage safety.
    Comprehensive Quality Control System
    Over 30 inspection stations are implemented, including wire binding material detection, plug appearance inspection, shell and QR code verification, and sealing area foreign object checks. Layer-by-layer quality control ensures high qualification rates and enhances safety in detonator operation.
    Code Binding and Matching Technology
    To address production line coding challenges, we integrate software and hardware approaches to ensure accuracy. In terms of software, we develop management software that interacts with the PLC system. For hardware, we apply digital image recognition technology to bind codes, enabling automatic matching and printing to guarantee error-free coding.
    Quality Traceability Function
    Based on Industrial Internet architecture, the smart manufacturing solution integrates IoT across production systems. Using web monitoring, data acquisition, and real-time database technologies, it automatically collects and stores production data, inspection results, and images, enabling full-lifecycle digital control with traceability.
